Independent developer Kerzner International has announced the signing of two new SIRO hotels, following the successful launch of the first hotel under the brand.

A Major Milestone for SIRO

The two new hotels are located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the popular vacation destination of Los Cabos, Mexico.

These properties will join a growing list of SIRO-branded hotels managed by the leading hospitality operator, which already includes SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai and the upcoming SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, set to open in late 2024.

The Los Cabos hotel, to be named SIRO Palmilla, is scheduled to open in 2027.

Developed by Fortem Capital, it will feature 120 rooms and a cluster of SIRO-branded residences, including 14 standalone villas.

The SIRO site will be part of a new luxury development called Palmilla Reserve, which will also include One&Only Palmilla, a property owned by Kerzner.

The Riyadh addition to the SIRO portfolio is slated to open in 2028 and will be developed by 80 Real Estate Company.

Located in the prestigious business and residential district of Olaya, SIRO Olaya Riyadh will offer 200 guestrooms along with extensive fitness and recovery facilities.

SIRO Olaya Riyadh is just a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport and is easily accessible by other modes of transportation within the city.

Elevating Health and Wellness

The SIRO brand focuses on health-centric hospitality, combining fitness and recovery experiences for guests in a luxurious setting.

The target audience includes a wide range of health enthusiasts, from dedicated athletes and health-conscious frequent travelers to individuals seeking lifestyle changes and starting their fitness or recovery journeys.

All SIRO hotels feature a well-equipped fitness club, treatment rooms, tech-enhanced accommodations, and nutrition-driven dining options.

“SIRO embodies the spirit of innovation that has been a core part of Kerzner’s culture for over 30 years, continually disrupting the hospitality sector,” commented Philippe Zuber, Chief Executive Officer of Kerzner International.

“In February 2024, we began welcoming our first guests to SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai. The response has been phenomenal, laying a strong foundation for growth as we work closely with our partners to expand the pipeline of new SIRO properties worldwide.”

Kerzner International is renowned for its portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury resorts under the Atlantis, One&Only, and Rare Finds brands.

The company’s flagship brand, Atlantis, includes Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, a 1,500-room, water-themed resort on The Palm, overlooking the Arabian Sea and mainland Dubai.
