For pilates enthusiasts eager to elevate their workouts...
KARVE, the celebrated pilates studio from London, is making its debut in Dubai.
This Sunday, June 23, KARVE will open its first branch in Alserkal Avenue, inviting fitness devotees to experience their unique Transformer pilates classes.
The new KARVE Dubai studio will mirror the New York loft-inspired design of its Kensington counterpart and will feature the studio's signature low-impact, high-intensity pilates sessions.
Differing from the usual tranquil pilates settings, KARVE offers an innovative workout atmosphere with lively music and dim lighting.
The 50-minute sessions use custom-designed reformer machines and focus on strength training and boosting metabolism through mindful, resistance-based exercises.
Each session concludes with five minutes of mindfulness and breathwork for relaxation.
Class pricing is as follows:
- One-time class: Dhs160
- Packs:
- Five classes for Dhs725
- Ten classes for Dhs1,500
- Twenty classes for Dhs2,800
Currently, KARVE is offering a special Founding Membership package.
The first 100 purchasers will receive an unlimited monthly membership for Dhs1,160 instead of the usual Dhs1,860.
Explore Alserkal Avenue
Alserkal Avenue is a vibrant neighborhood filled with art, music, food, and wellness experiences.
Earlier this year, it welcomed the stunning new Fiker Institute, a library focused on politics and culture.
It is also celebrating the 10th edition of its annual Reel Palestine Film Festival.
But that's not all... The area has recently seen the opening of Lila Molino, a new Mexican eatery; Kokoro, a Japanese handroll bar; and bkry, a charming bakery.
Later this year, look forward to Nala, a soulful fast-food concept from Tashas Group.
We can't wait to see you there!
