Mia Mulenok has been crowned a world champion at the IFBB Fit-Model World Championships held in Dubai, marking a significant victory for both her and the Estonian national team.

Competing in a field with athletes from 14 different countries, Mulenok secured the top spot in the fit-model category for competitors up to 166 cm.

In addition to her world title, she also earned a bronze medal in the open category for juniors aged 15 to 23, showcasing her impressive talent.

The entire Estonian team delivered a strong performance, ultimately finishing third in the overall team rankings.

TRY BOLLYNATION AT GYMNATION

This success was bolstered by several top-10 finishes, including Christin-Amani Kiivikas, who placed fifth in the women's up to 169 cm category, and Viktorija Tkacenko, who achieved a fifth-place finish in the up to 162 cm category.
