Tyson shared two videos, one from the Catskill gym his former trainer established and another recent one focusing on his impressive neck and back muscles.
Some critics didn't understand that the video from Catskill, where Tyson has a beard, isn't recent.
The exercise targeting his neck muscles, however, is fresh and highlights Tyson's incredible back muscles. In this video, Tyson appears intense and determined, seemingly prepared to face Jake Paul.
This second clip marks the first occasion where Mike seems capable of competing at his current age, which could be concerning for Paul.
Paul is 31 years younger than Tyson, who is attempting a comeback on November 15 in an eight-round professional match.
This event at AT&T Stadium will be available on Netflix, posing a risk for Tyson if he's not extremely cautious.
The initial clip shows Tyson conducting a session in New York with young people and not in the same physical shape as he is now. Tyson continues to contribute to youth through a new YouTube series.
“I started out like that [selfishly]. I was wearing the same clothes and the same stuff every day, but I realized this too in life.
When you don’t have something in life and want something in life, and once you get it, you don’t want it anymore. You know, like the houses and the cars.
“Well, that’s who I am. You know, I was born. I was a happy kid. Then something happened, and that’s what happened to all of us. And that turns us into who we are today.”
Tyson entered Cus D’Amato’s gym as a young talent with aspirations of greatness. For four years, Mike Tyson was undeniably the Baddest Man on the Planet.
On his best days, there's serious consideration that Mike could have defeated any of the greatest heavyweight boxers in history in mere seconds.
His performance against Michael Spinks was outstanding. If he had faced a prime Muhammad Ali or Joe Louis, no boxing expert could confidently assert that Tyson wouldn't have knocked either of them out early.
That was the level of intensity Tyson brought before his career declined. Unfortunately, he's now just a shadow of his former self and is being used for notoriety by a YouTuber.
Hopefully, Mike can deliver once more, though at age 58, it's a significant challenge.
