A new wave of fitness has arrived for the city's younger generation. Starting September 1st, OneFit has introduced specially designed programs for children and teenagers that combine movement, music, and fun with structured exercise.

The launch of OneFit Kids (ages six to nine) and OneFit Juniors (ages 10 to 15) is aimed at helping the next generation build confidence, strength, and agility in a safe and engaging environment.

Dance, Warriors, and Heroes

The new initiative offers three distinct class formats designed to keep young participants motivated:

  • Dance: Led by Coach Persia, these classes invite children to explore rhythm and creativity while developing coordination through structured routines. Classes are held on Sundays at 12:00 PM for teens and Mondays at 4:00 PM for kids.

  • Warriors: Conducted by Coach Bakr, this format combines striking techniques, cardio drills, and functional strength training to instill discipline and athletic ability. Sessions take place on Wednesdays at 4:00 PM for kids and Thursdays at 5:00 PM for teens.

  • Heroes: These sessions feature obstacle courses, bootcamp-style challenges, and teamwork exercises. The focus is on building agility, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Classes run on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM for teens and Saturdays at 12:00 PM for kids.

OneFit’s youth programs are designed to foster a love of movement while keeping classes playful and enjoyable.

The sessions offer opportunities for both physical and personal growth, from discovering dance skills to building confidence through fitness challenges.

Prices start at Dh75, with bundle packages also available. As spaces are limited, parents are encouraged to book in advance.

The facility includes three dedicated studios (Velocity HIIT, Spin, and a Wellness Studio for Pilates and Yoga), advanced Panatta strength machines, a HYROX training zone, and extensive functional and cardio areas. Members can also use a 3D body scanner for progress tracking.
