Say goodbye to gym walls and prepare for outdoor fitness in anticipation of DFC's eighth edition, running from Saturday, October 26th to Sunday, November 24th.
DFC is set to motivate everyone in the city to engage in 30 minutes of daily physical activity for 30 days.
This annual event symbolizes Dubai's dedication to enhancing the health and fitness of its residents and visitors.
Throughout the city, expect a burst of activity in fitness centers, gyms, and studios during this month-long celebration, which coincides with some of the best weather of the year.
However, the ideal winter temperatures also make it the perfect time to take your workouts outdoors, allowing you to experience the city's beauty while enjoying the benefits of fresh air fitness.

This year, DFC’s schedule is packed with free outdoor Fitness Villages, community hubs, numerous classes, and iconic events like the memorable Dubai Ride by DP World and Dubai Run by Mai Dubai, along with exciting new additions.

Dubai’s Running Routes

Dubai offers a diverse selection of running paths suited to different preferences and fitness levels.
Many cushioned tracks meander through serene parks or along beautiful beaches, inviting runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to enjoy the outdoors.
The Jumeirah Beach running track provides a scenic 14km round-trip path with stunning ocean views, starting at Burj Al Arab, passing Kite Beach, and halting just before the Dubai Water Canal.
