Run for a Cause: The 14th Zayed Charity Run Returns to Abu Dhabi

The 14th annual Zayed Charity Run Abu Dhabi is set to take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, continuing its legacy of combining health, community, and philanthropy.

Held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the event welcomes families, competitive runners, and corporate teams for a morning dedicated to compassion and shared progress, in the spirit of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

This year, all proceeds will support three pioneering initiatives at the Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center, focusing on customized cancer treatments, precision medicine, and advanced perinatal interventions.

Event Details

The run will start and finish between Wahat Al Karama and ERTH Hotel Abu Dhabi, offering participants the choice of a 3km, 5km, or 10km route. The event is expected to attract as many as 15,000 runners of all ages and abilities.

How to Participate

• Registration: Open to all UAE residents. Entry is Dh55 (+VAT) per person, with a discounted rate of Dh40 (+VAT) for groups of 100 or more.
  
  
• Run Pack Collection: Registered participants can collect their materials at ERTH Hotel from November 24 to 28, between 3pm and 9pm.
  
  
• Prizes: A total prize fund of Dh1.5 million will be distributed, with awards for top finishers in each distance category.

Following the run, ERTH Hotel will host a lively community village. Attendees can enjoy family activity zones, children’s games, stage performances, and various refreshments, making it a full day of celebration for a great cause.
