The inaugural Riyadh Active Industry, Riyadh Muscle Show, and Riyadh Active Exhibition, organized by IEG Arabia (a branch of the Italian Exhibition Group), has already established itself as a prominent event in Saudi Arabia.

Held over two dynamic days, February 8th and 9th, the wellness and fitness-focused event attracted 10,000 attendees, including professionals, buyers, enthusiasts, and competitors.

Many renowned brands have already confirmed their participation in the 2026 edition.

The event commenced with a pre-opening attended by 120 industry leaders and notable guests, including Naif Aldossary, a consultant for the Saudi Ministry of Sport, and Basim K. Ibrahim, Director of Sport at the Ministry of Investment.

IEG President, Maurizio Ermeti, was also present to support the launch of this new event.

Francesco Santa, IEG's International Business Development Director, stated, “We are already preparing for the 2026 edition.

The event will expand from two days to three, with plans to double the visitor count and triple the event's size to 20,000 square meters.”

The next edition is scheduled for February 5th to 7th, 2026, at ROSHN Front, under the oversight of the Saudi Ministry of Sport and in collaboration with Supporting Partners and the Ministry of Investment.

This year's Riyadh Active Industry event featured major players and distributors in the wellness and fitness sectors, such as Panatta, Wellness First, Delta Fitness, Al Hayat Investments, and Matrix.

Key activities such as the Industry Talks, the Women in Fitness Forum, and the Kingdom Roundtable attracted hundreds of industry professionals.

The Riyadh Muscle Show, organized in partnership with the Saudi Bodybuilding Federation and under the patronage of the Ministry of Sports and the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, saw 300 athletes compete in the "Kingdom Championships," the nation’s premier bodybuilding competition.

Exhibitors like Applied Nutrition, Dr. Nutrition, and C4 contributed to the thrilling atmosphere, creating a one-of-a-kind Muscle Show experience.

Lastly, the Riyadh Active segment, sponsored by Subway, brought together thousands of fitness enthusiasts and featured prominent fitness figures like Heba Ali and Hana Basrawi.

Brands such as Grenade, Lululemon, Gymnation, and Les Mills played a significant role in fostering community spirit within the fitness world.
