This announcement comes after the launch of the world's inaugural SIRO hotel in Dubai and the upcoming establishment in Montenegro, as revealed by Kerzner.
Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner, highlighted that the brand aims to redefine wellness hospitality by offering holistic fitness and recuperation options.
These additional locations in Los Cabos and Riyadh are in response to a noticeable change in public perception regarding health, sports, and wellness.
"Starting in February 2024, we began hosting our initial guests at SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, laying a strong groundwork for expansion as we continue to collaborate with our partners to introduce more SIRO locations globally," stated Zuber.
SIRO’s wellness strategy is structured around five key "biohacking pillars": nutrition, physical activity, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness.
Zuber further expressed, “SIRO provides a unique chance to engage with a pioneering concept in the wellness and hospitality industry. It stands at the cutting edge of innovation and transformational wellness, designing every facet of the stay to enhance guests’ overall mental and physical well-being.”
A groundbreaking concept in wellness hospitality
SIRO Palmilla is set to emerge within the new Palmilla Reserve masterplan development at the southern edge of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, scheduled to open its doors in 2027.
This establishment will feature 120 guest rooms alongside a collection of branded residences, including 14 detached villas. Positioned near the Kerzner-owned One&Only Palmilla, it boasts proximity to the Palmilla Golf Club.
Marking Kerzner's debut in Saudi Arabia, SIRO Olaya Riyadh is situated in the bustling business and residential sector of Olaya.
Slated for a 2028 opening, the property will host 200 guestrooms and is conveniently located a mere 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport, allowing visitors to quickly transition into vacation mode upon arrival.
SIRO Dubai, which is now accepting reservations, introduces the city’s inaugural hotel dedicated to fitness and recovery. Guests are offered an array of fitness and recovery facilities, known as ‘labs’.
The fitness lab schedules over 50 classes weekly, featuring activities such as pilates, HIIT, cycling, and bespoke workouts crafted by professional athletes. Meanwhile, the recovery lab provides innovative treatments, including percussive therapy and myofascial cupping.
