Stars at Abu Dhabi Tennis League

A stellar lineup of tennis superstars is set to take the stage for the third season of the World Tennis League in Abu Dhabi this weekend.

Tennis enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi and the UAE can look forward to thrilling matches at the Etihad Arena from December 19 to 22.

Among the big names heading to the UAE capital is Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina, a key member of the Game Changers Falcons.

She returns to Abu Dhabi after her triumph at the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open earlier this year at Zayed Sports City.

Joining her on the squad are the dynamic Andrey Rublev, Canadian left-hander Denis Shapovalov, and French star Caroline Garcia.

Both Rybakina and Garcia were also spotted earlier this month at the Formula One Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

A Star-Studded Lineup

The star power doesn’t stop there. Heading to the Etihad Arena are World Number One Aryna Sabalenka, showcasing her signature powerful playstyle while representing the TSL Hawks.

The HonorFX Eagles are led by Greek sensation Stefanos Tsitsipas and Polish tennis icon Iga Swiatek.

Meanwhile, the Kites boast an impressive roster featuring Italian Olympic gold medalist Jasmine Paolini, the always-entertaining Nick Kyrgios, Norway’s 2021 US Open runner-up Casper Ruud, and two-time Grand Slam champion Simona Halep.
