STRONG Pilates Launches in Dubai

STRONG Pilates, an internationally acclaimed fitness brand with over 70 locations across the globe, has made its debut in Dubai, opening its first studio in the Middle East.

Situated in Jumeirah 3, this studio brings a revolutionary blend of Pilates, strength training, and cardio, offering an efficient 45-minute workout for optimal results.

The sessions leverage cutting-edge equipment—the Rowformer and Bikeformer—which combine low-impact, Pilates-inspired resistance exercises with high-intensity endurance workouts on a rower or bike, providing a unique and comprehensive full-body training experience.

Ahead of its official grand opening on February 15, the studio is offering early access to its classes.
