Introducing BLITZ, our new HIIT workout focussed boutique fitness studio, located within GymNation. BLITZ is a full-body, high-intensity interval training class taking place within a state of the art fitness studio. Each BLITZ fitness class has been designed to deliver you the fastest and most effective calorie burn through a mix of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises.
BLITZ WORKOUTS
Each 1 hour BLITZ class has been designed by industry leading coaches to give you the ultimate HIIT workout! Burn 1000+ calories in every BLITZ class as you make your way around our 3 workout zones designed to push your strength, cardio, endurance, speed and power to the limit and beyond.
You will achieve results you never thought were possible in a state of the art fitness studio surrounded by the best equipment, the highest energy music, the most motivating coaches and latest heart rate monitoring technology to track your performance, and ensure you get fit, FAST!
THE BLITZ STUDIO
We have invested serious $$$ in to bringing you the best fitness studio in Dubai! The BLITZ studio at GymNation Al Quoz has 15 Matrix Fitness T5xGT Treadmills, each with the most technologically advanced running decks available, along with one touch intensity level buttons.
Each of our 15 BLITZ benches have 8 pairs of varying weight dumbbells built in to them, and our 15 free movement areas each contain the latest functional training equipment including kettlebells, slam balls and sand bags.
....and if that wasn't enough we have installed a sound and lighting system worthy of any nightclub, 7 TV screens, plus remote controlled block vision windows so we can run private ladies only fitness classes (literally) at the touch of a button.
THE BLITZ COMMUNITY
A BLITZ workout will be hard work, but with hard work you will get results. Being a part of the BLITZ community means our coaches, staff and other BLITZ members will all celebrate your achievements and at the same time help you push yourself harder than ever before.
The BLITZ community starts with the BLITZ coaches and they have been set the challenge of knowing and using the first name of every BLITZ class participant from the very first class! (If they forget they do 10 burpees!)
Keep an eye out for regular announcements on themed BLITZ workouts so you can dust of your best fancy dress, and (whilst we never want to leave the BLITZ studio) BLITZ social gatherings outside of the studio will ensure you have a good excuse to miss the occasional BLITZ workout for some High Intensity FUN!
