Since its start on October 26, Dubai has been buzzing with energy as residents and visitors join forces to conquer their 30 x 30 goals towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.
Now, as we enter the fourth and last week, get ready for an exciting array of free fitness activities, community events, and wellness initiatives that promise a sensational end to the challenge and a lasting influence on Dubai's fitness landscape.
Take part in the largest free fun run in the world with the sixth annual Dubai Run presented by Mai Dubai, or enjoy countless fitness classes and events across the city.
Here's what awaits in this epic final week:
Dubai Run by Mai Dubai – Two Exciting Routes
Whether you're aiming for a personal best or just want to enjoy the lively atmosphere, the Dubai Run, hosted by Mai Dubai, offers a unique weekend experience.
Scheduled for Sunday, November 24, this health and fitness celebration, fostered by community spirit, provides two exhilarating route options: a 5km course in Downtown or a challenging 10km stretch along Sheikh Zayed Road.
Experience running on one of the world’s most iconic highways without the hassle of automobiles as you admire Dubai's jaw-dropping skyline, with both routes beginning near the Museum of the Future.
The 5km route, perfect for families, beginners, and casual runners, guides you past landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera, concluding at Souk Al Bahar near Dubai Mall.
The 10km path offers more challenge, spanning Sheikh Zayed Road, crossing the Dubai Canal Bridge, and circling back to DIFC’s Gate Building, all while presenting breath-taking views of the city's architectural wonders.
Once registered, you'll get a QR code required for bib collection, which will be available at Dubai Municipality Zabeel Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village - Gate 2 - until Saturday, November 23.
Collection hours are weekdays from 4 PM to 11 PM, midday to midnight on Fridays, and 8 AM to midnight on weekends. Public transport is recommended due to limited public parking.
Tomorrow Ride 2024 - Cycle Towards Wellness
Get ready for DFC's grand finale with Tomorrow Ride on November 23 at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU).
This cycling event offers two routes—a 4km loop for families and kids around the university, and a 14km route through Academic City for seasoned cyclists.
