A popular fitness influencer, who has been diagnosed with PCOS, has shared her experience of losing 20 kg without adhering to strict diet plans or visiting the gym.

This fitness enthusiast has done just that and is documenting her transformation on Instagram.
Ridhi Sharma detailed how she achieved a 20 kg weight reduction by following six straightforward rules.
Despite having PCOS, she avoided gyms and rigid diet plans. Read on to discover her weight loss methods.
Six Rules for Shedding 20 kg
In a video illustrating her transformation, Ridhi, the fitness influencer, explained that she didn't attend the gym or follow strict diet regimens during her weight loss process.
In the video's caption, she outlined the healthy methods she used to lose 20 kg. Ridhi dedicated 30 to 40 minutes daily to home workouts, 5-6 times a week.
Her routine combined strength training and Pilates to help tone her body and prevent loose skin. “I began with a yoga mat, two dumbbells, and a resistance band,” she mentioned.
Instead of a strict diet, Ridhi opted for simple homemade dishes. “I didn’t adhere to specific diet plans because I like to eat what I crave, but I concentrated on portion control and consuming protein-rich foods such as tofu, paneer, soya, legumes, and beans to maintain energy and fullness,” she explained.
She also eliminated sugar and processed foods from her diet, instead choosing whole, nutritious foods to steer clear of unnecessary calories.
Ridhi diligently walked about 7,000 to 10,000 steps each day to stay active and clear her mind. “Even on rest days, I strive to walk as much as possible. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER,” she noted.
Lastly, Ridhi ensured adequate sleep and consistency in her weight loss efforts, contributing to her 20 kg weight loss success. “I made sure to get 7-8 hours of quality sleep every night, which was crucial for my weight loss and recovery,” Ridhi emphasized.
