WHAT IS BODYATTACK?
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 500 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

How should I prepare for a BODYATTACK class?
It’s best if you wear comfortable workout clothes and a good quality pair of trainers as you will be working up a serious sweat in the class! Don’t forget a good-sized bottle of water and of course your sweat towel.
How often should should I do BODYATTACK?
If you are looking to seriously shape up and want to hit it hard, try attending BODYATTACK 2-3 times per week.
If I am pregnant can I still do BODYATTACK?
Firstly, consult with your doctor or health professional about your pregnancy as they will advise you, given your medical history if you are safe to continue with the class. If you get the green light, always let your BODYATTACK instructor know so they can make the necessary alterations for you to remain safe in the class.
