At the age of 22, I decided to make a significant change in my lifestyle by losing close to 11 kg. I adopted a healthy habit of going for a 15-minute run every day after work, followed by strength and condition training. I also cut down on junk food, and kept track of my calorie and protein intake. Deciding to make health-conscious decisions in my life inspired me to pursue a career in fitness to give people hope that anything is possible!
