I am a REPS certified personal trainer in Mirdif and also hold a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Physical Education. I specialise in swimming but have a special place in my heart for HIIT as well as functional and strength training, but all of it is in the pursuit of helping you achieve your physical, mental and social health goals.
