Ahmed Sakr
I've loved fitness from a young age. In primary school I was focused on Karate and Taekwondo. My coach always pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and suggested I try weightlifting and training in the gym. Once I stepped inside a gym, I knew it was the right place for me. Since then, my passion for fitness has only grown stronger and I want others to learn to love it as much as I do. I have several years of experience in Personal Training.
