Kids HIIT Nation (Ages 7–12)

High-energy kids fitness classes that build speed, strength, and stamina — scaled for fun and safety

Who it’s for: Active kids aged 7–12, all fitness levels welcome.

What they’ll do: Each class combines bodyweight moves, resistance bands, and med balls, designed to build endurance, coordination, and confidence through team-based activities.

Benefits: Stronger hearts, improved teamwork, faster reflexes, and lasting confidence. Parents appreciate how every class encourages kids to stay active and motivated inside and outside the kids fitness centre.

Kids Yoga Nation (Ages 5–12)

Stretch, breathe, and focus, without making it feel like homework

Who it’s for: Children aged 5–12 of all abilities, from curious beginners to mini yogis who love to move.

What they’ll do: Gentle yoga exercises and partner activities that teach balance, flexibility, posture, and calm in a playful, supportive setting. Kids explore animal-inspired poses, teamwork games, and mindful breathing, learning self-regulation, patience, and confidence.

Benefits: Improved flexibility, posture, focus, and emotional awareness. These children’s fitness classes also promote coordination, healthy habits, and strength for growing bodies.

Kids Dance Nation (Ages 7–12)

Rhythm, coordination, and confidence, with choreography they’ll actually love

Who it’s for: Ages 7–12, all dance backgrounds welcome.

What they’ll do: Groove foundations, age-appropriate routines, partner and team choreography, and mini performances. Kids also get to create their own moves and explore the performing arts, giving them a healthy outlet for energy and creativity.

Benefits: Improved fitness, flexibility, rhythm, and confidence, plus teamwork, focus, and social skills. Whether they’re into dance, gymnastics, or pool activities, kids love being part of a gym for kids that encourages creativity and confidence.
