PROMOTIONAL MEMBERSHIP VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

This promotional voucher is issued by GymNation LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), and/or GymNation Sports Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”) (collectively referred to as “GymNation”), and entitles the holder (“User”) to complimentary temporary access to GymNation facilities in accordance with the following terms:

1. Voucher Entitlement

• This voucher grants the User a free membership for a defined period (e.g., 3 days, 7 days, 1 month), as clearly printed or stated on the face of the voucher.
  
  

• The membership period will begin on the date of the User’s first check-in at a GymNation facility and will run for the specified number of consecutive calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.
  
  

2. Validity

• The voucher must be redeemed on or before the “Valid Until” date printed on the voucher. Vouchers presented after the expiry date will be automatically void.
  
  

• No extensions, replacements, or reissues will be provided for expired vouchers under any circumstances.
  
  

3. Eligibility Criteria

• This voucher is strictly for use by individuals who are not current GymNation members at the time of redemption.
  
  

• Existing or recently cancelled GymNation members are not eligible to pause, suspend, or terminate their memberships in exchange for voucher access.
  
  

• This voucher is non-transferable and non-shareable. It may only be used by the individual whose ID matches the registration or check-in details.
  
  

• Only one voucher per person is allowed. Multiple redemptions under different names or accounts by the same person are prohibited.
  
  

4. Redemption Requirements

• Prior to first entry, the User must:
  
  

• Present valid government-issued identification (Emirates ID in UAE, National ID or Iqama in KSA).
  
  

• Sign the GymNation Member Health Declaration Form.
  
  

• Agree to the standard GymNation Membership Terms & Conditions applicable in the country of redemption.
  
  

5. Usage Restrictions

• This voucher does not include access to the following premium services, unless explicitly approved in writing:
  
  

• Personal Training sessions
  
  

• BLITZ small-group training
  
  

• Muay Thai Muppets children’s program
  
  

• Signature classes
  
  

• Any other additional paid services or specialty programs
  
  

• Limited or full access to any premium services (including Signature classes) is strictly subject to the discretion of the General Manager at the GymNation branch where the voucher is redeemed.
  
  

• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, used as credit against membership fees, or combined with any other offer, referral scheme, or promotional discount.
  
  

6. QR Code and Registration (if applicable)

• If the voucher includes a second QR code, scanning it may direct the User to a registration or activation page.
  
  

• The User is responsible for completing any required registration process via this landing page before being granted access.
  
  

• GymNation reserves the right to deny access if the registration is incomplete or inaccurate.
  
  

7. Right of Refusal

• GymNation reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel any voucher:
  
  

• Suspected to be fraudulent, copied, or tampered with.
  
  

• Misused or transferred in violation of these Terms.
  
  

• Associated with false registration or ID information.
  
  

• Entry may also be denied if eligibility, documentation, or safety requirements are not fulfilled.
  
  

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by:
  
  

• The laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE when redeemed at a GymNation location in the UAE.
  
  

• The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when redeemed at a GymNation location in KSA.
  
  

• Any dispute arising from the use of this voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the respective country of redemption.
  
  

9. Acceptance of Terms

Use of this voucher constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. GymNation reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available via official GymNation communication channels or upon request at reception.
