Nike is hosting…

The inaugural Well Festival is a two-day wellness event held at the picturesque Nara desert retreat in the Dubai desert.

Hosted by Nike, this two-day festival costs as little as Dhs150, with ticket proceeds going to the Al Jalila Foundation to support people of determination. The event will take place from Saturday, April 27 to Sunday, April 28.

The two-day wellness festival in Dubai is open to everyone and promises an array of fitness activities designed to leave you feeling relaxed, revitalized, and rejuvenated.

Four Zones, Four Times the Wellness

The festival consists of four distinct zones, each targeting specific wellness goals for attendees over the two-day extravaganza.

Each zone serves a unique purpose, offering everything from mindfulness programs to activities, art, and music that enhance your experience.

The Energy Circle

This zone is dedicated to high-intensity movement sessions such as HIIT, dancing, yoga, and even sound healing.

The Wadi

Representing the energy and fuel area, The Wadi serves as a pit stop for all pre- and post-workout snacks and meals, offering a variety of healthy options.

The Conversation Pit

This area hosts a range of speakers, from inspiring panel discussions to workshops covering numerous topics. The Conversation Pit aims to provide valuable insights.

The Sanctuary

If wellness to you means aligning mind, body, and spirit, then The Sanctuary is your ideal spot. It offers sessions focused on breathing techniques, sound healing, and meditation, promoting a sense of peace.
