As a lead-up to its first Abu Dhabi Run and Ride event on February 18, 2024, the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) has introduced Fitness Village.
This wellness and fitness hub, featuring family-friendly activities, will be active from February 15-18 as a precursor to the main running and cycling events. Both events, occurring at Abu Dhabi Corniche, highlight ADSC's dedication to fostering a health-conscious and active community lifestyle.
Fitness Village will feature a diverse range of fitness classes for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
Attendees can look forward to engaging in activities such as yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), spine exercises, and more.
For younger participants, there will be a variety of kids' activities, including arts and crafts, face painting, and other entertaining endeavours.
