Fahad Alhagbani serves as the Vice Chair and CEO of Armah Sports Co. Since January 2019, he has directed the company's efforts toward innovation in the fitness industry.

 

In 2006, he co-founded Fitness Time, and by 2018, he had expanded it from a single club to the largest chain in the Middle East and the 15th largest globally, with 150 clubs. He served as CEO from 2015 to 2018.

 

Following a successful IPO for Fitness Time on the Saudi Stock Exchange in September 2018, he launched Armah Sports Co. Alhagbani introduced the “Smart Clubs” concept to revolutionize the fitness market.

 

In November 2023, he led Armah Sports through its IPO, setting a milestone in the fitness industry by taking two fitness chains public within five years.

 

Alhagbani has been a board member at Al-Hilal Saudi Football Club since July 2023, a member of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee for Women in Sports since June 2023, and a member of REX Roundtables for Executives since 2017.

 

This global group consists of 17 fitness club owners and CEOs who meet regularly to share insights, assess business performance, and discuss future industry trends.

 

With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Alhagbani is passionate about creating social impact, promoting healthy living, and advocating for social responsibility.

 

He is committed to exploring innovations and leading initiatives focused on sector development and transition.

 

Alhagbani began his career in the fitness industry in 1996, starting as a receptionist at Body Masters, a company founded by his brother Abdulmohsen Alhagbani, and eventually becoming the director of operations.

 

He holds a bachelor's degree in computer and IT administration and management from King Saud University and is currently pursuing an executive MBA from HEC Paris, specializing in board governance.
