Fitness First Enhances Experience with EGYM AI

Fitness First has forged a strategic partnership with smart fitness technology specialist EGYM to introduce "Able with Fitness First," an AI-powered, personalized training program.

Now available in most Fitness First clubs, the service combines the power of artificial intelligence with a human touch to help members reach their fitness goals.

It begins with four introductory sessions where members discuss their goals, preferences, and complete assessments for cardiovascular health, strength, and body composition.

The data collected is paired with insights from Fitness First trainers and EGYM’s AI-driven platform, EGYM Genius, to develop a personalized fitness plan.

This plan, accessible through the Fitness First app, adjusts dynamically as members progress. Early feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive.

Since assuming the role of CEO of Fitness First UK in 2023, Musgrove has steered the company toward a premium service model.

This includes raising service standards and offering additional health-focused benefits like HealthHero services and vitamin drips.
