Gymshark, a prominent fitness community and apparel brand from the UK, is gearing up to launch its first international physical store at Dubai Mall in the UAE.

This will be their third store, following the opening of their flagship location on London's Regent Street two years ago and a recent launch at Westfield Stratford City in London during the summer.

The new store is scheduled to open by the end of 2024.

Currently, the only detail disclosed about the store is its location on the ground floor of Dubai Mall, near the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.

Gymshark has partnered with Al Tayer Insignia for this venture and will be among numerous luxury and lifestyle brands represented across various sectors like fashion, beauty, jewelry, and home goods.

The introduction of a physical store in the UAE follows the brand's successful launch of regional e-commerce services, which include a bilingual website and app offering exclusive limited edition releases for the Middle East and same-day delivery.

Ben Francis, founder and CEO of Gymshark, explained that the brand is broadening its omnichannel strategy and exploring opportunities beyond the UK.

He noted that Al Tayer Insignia provided an opportunity to secure a space in one of the world's most frequented malls, located in a city passionate about fitness.

The enthusiastic response to their localized online store in the Middle East further motivated the decision to establish a physical presence.

Dee Sarai, CEO of Al Tayer Insignia, remarked that Dubai Mall is the world's most iconic shopping center, making it an ideal location for the e-commerce-focused brand's first store outside the UK.

She emphasized the positive customer feedback from the online launch throughout the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and expressed anticipation for the new physical location to unite the Gymshark community in the region.
