Prepare for an exhilarating fitness weekend as HYROX, the leading global fitness racing event, returns to Singapore in 2024.

Following its record-breaking single-day event last June, HYROX is making a comeback in partnership with the Fitness+Wellness Expo (FWE), Asia’s top fitness and wellness event.

Schedule your visit for August 31 to September 1, 2024, when the Singapore EXPO will be transformed into the ultimate fitness venue as part of Singapore’s first Urban Sports and Fitness Festival.

HYROX is celebrated for its unique mix of functional exercises and running intervals, providing a race experience that's accessible to everyone—whether you’re aiming to push your boundaries, achieve a personal best,

or simply immerse yourself in Singapore’s dynamic fitness scene. With competitions spanning over 20 countries, HYROX expects to draw more than 205,000 athletes this season alone.

This year introduces the HYROX YOUNGSTARS CHALLENGE to Asia, giving young athletes aged 8 to 15 the opportunity to explore fitness racing.

The challenge features specially designed workouts, conducted by coaches, to evaluate their strength and endurance. Even better, participation is free for these young athletes.

Whether you're competing solo in the Open or Pro categories, partnering up for the Doubles or Doubles Pro, or joining the Team Relay, the HYROX format remains consistent: a 1km run followed by one of eight functional stations, repeated eight times.

These stations range from sled pushes to sandbag lunges, challenging your fitness through various tasks.

Sign up as a participant or spectator on the official HYROX Singapore website. Don't miss your chance to be part of Singapore’s most thrilling fitness event of the year.
