Leading Fitness Influencers of the Middle East to Star at Active on the Beach Festival

Dubai eagerly awaits its annual health and wellness festival, Active on the Beach, extending a warm invitation to the fitness community for a joyful reunion this Sunday.

Open to all, this one-day beach festival at the iconic Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah offers complimentary access to a feast of all things fitness, wellbeing and fun.

Now in its third consecutive year, Active on the Beach promises an action-packed itinerary, featuring an à la carte of fitness activities from morning to sunset.

The festival promotes active participation, encouraging all guests to join energizing live workouts such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yoga, Pilates, group meditations, and mindfulness workshops.

Leading these fitness classes are some of the Middle East’s top fitness influencers, trainers and wellness experts.

The line-up includes husband and wife duo Micheal and Vivienne Addo, popularly known as Mr and Mrs Muscle across social media with over 3 million followers, Health & Fitness Coach, Motivational Speaker, Fitness TikTok Sensation and Entrepreneur, Dina Sari Taji, Senior Pilates Teacher at MyCore Studios, Anesti Mano, and renowned Nutrition and Gut Specialist, Mary Cristine.

After last year’s sold-out event with over 800 attendees, we’re excited to bring back Active on the Beach for 2024 to the Kempinski Hotel & Residences on The Palm.
