Arnold Schwarzenegger continues to be a well-respected figure in the bodybuilding community even after his retirement.

At 77 years old, he still maintains an impressive and muscular physique through daily training.

Schwarzenegger follows a disciplined diet and advocates for a healthy lifestyle to his fans and followers. Through his daily newsletter and personal fitness community, he assists others in their fitness endeavors.

In his newsletter, "Arnold's Pump Club," he recently reminded his subscribers that while the year is nearing its end, there's still an opportunity for change.

"I love hearing from so many of you about wanting to improve a bit each day. That's the best part of having a newsletter with nearly a million members in this little community.

But now it's time to get serious. You've had almost eight months of 2024 to focus on your goals.

The truth is, change is incredibly challenging. Our minds and bodies prefer the comfort of routine.

Change demands the discomfort of trying new things, of unfamiliar approaches," he wrote.

Offering further candid insights, Schwarzenegger added:

"If you think it's going to be easy, you're mistaken. But you set this goal. You desired it. Therefore, recommit now—not on January 1 or the first of the month."

Arnold Schwarzenegger celebrates his client's remarkable progress

Recently, Schwarzenegger highlighted a client's progress on social media, acknowledging the effort involved.

On his "Pump" app, clients frequently share updates on their progress, including photos and messages, inspired by the seven-time Mr. Olympia.

One client, Joseph K, reported lifting a total of 47,000 lbs across just 16 sets, totaling 323 reps. Expressing gratitude for Schwarzenegger's guidance, Joseph commented:

"New max weight, this new phase is intense, thanks for the killer workouts ⁦@Schwarzenegger⁩ and team!"

Recognizing his client's accomplishment, Schwarzenegger reshared the tweet, stating:

"That's a significant amount of weight. Congratulations! Keep up the great work," encouraged Schwarzenegger.

By regularly sharing his clients' and fans' successes, Schwarzenegger inspires them to pursue their fitness goals and continue progressing.

Despite his retirement, he remains committed to helping others and enhancing the sport.
