UFC Fight Night in Abu Dhabi

UFC and MMA fans, get ready for exciting news! UFC Fight Night is returning to the capital for a second event this summer, scheduled for Saturday, July 26.

UFC events have become a staple in the UAE's sports and entertainment scene, with 20 events hosted since 2010.

In 2024, Abu Dhabi made history by hosting two official UFC events in one year. The first was an action-packed Fight Night on August 3, followed by UFC 308 on October 26, 2024.

This year appears to continue that trend, with another major event likely taking place at the Etihad Arena after the July 26 Fight Night, potentially in October.

Last year’s UFC Fight Night featured an exhilarating main event in the bantamweight division, pitting Russia’s Umar Nurmagomedov against the US’s Cory Sandhagen.

After a thrilling five-round battle, Nurmagomedov claimed victory while legendary fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov was present cageside at the Etihad Arena, adding even more prestige to the event.
