During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. I'm not flexible - Can I still do BODYBALANCE?

Absolutely. BODYBALANCE is for everyone. Your size, age or level of flexibility doesn't matter. You don't have to be flexible to start with, BODYBALANCE will help you become flexible.

I'm pregnant, can I still join the class?

Yes. BODYBALANCE is a great exercise to do during pregnancy as it doesn't put too much strain on your joints. It has also been shown to reduce anxiety and to help women stay calm in pregnancy and labour.

What do I need for a BODYBALANCE class?

All you need is comfortable workout clothes and something warm to wear during the final relaxation track. You don’t need any shoes. Yoga mats are optional.
