This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Les Mills GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
CARDIO
Les Mills GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Les Mills GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Do I have to be really fit to do LES MILLS GRIT?
GRIT tests your boundaries and pushes you that extra mile. It is designed for all levels of ability. Your GRIT instructor will advise of any exercise modifications to allow everyone to push their individual limits and enjoy the class. Don’t be scared and give it a try.
What should I bring with me to the workout?
Determination! And definitely a bottle of water and a gym towel as you will be working up a sweat! Ensure you are in light, comfortable workout gear as you will be getting hot.
Is it safe to do LES MILLS GRIT, I am a little anxious it looks hard?
LES MILLS GRIT workouts are carefully crafted and structured with exercises that have safety and science at their core. The instructors have regular and expert training to deliver the classes to ensure you are completing the moves correctly and safely.
