I am an enthusiastic individual with over 6 years of experience in the fitness field. Health and fitness have been significant aspects of my life since a young age. Shortly after graduating from university, I pursued my passion and studied to become a personal trainer. My main objective is to ensure that both my clients and I enjoy and have fun in every session. I educate them throughout the process so that they can pass on their knowledge of training and nutrition to those who need it.
