How to enter Gymshark66
All you need to do is download the Gymshark training app.
Then, choose three habits that relate to your nutrition, your movement, or your mind that you want to be able to tick off every day, for the next 66 days.
Mind: The likes of journaling, meditation, or spending time outdoors
Nutrition: More protein. fruit and veg, less caffeine, you set your goals
Movement: From a daily walk to a daily run, 10 mins of mobility to 30 mins of resistance training, track it all on the app
If you're one of the first 25,000 to sign up, then you will get access to a free PureGym pass for the challenge. This can be used at any of the brand's over 350 locations.
